1. About Us

2. Ordering Policy
- Orders can only be placed during our working hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, configurable by admin).
- We reserve the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Order confirmation will be sent via the platform. We do not guarantee email confirmations in all cases.
- Items are subject to availability. We will notify you if any item in your order is unavailable.
- Minimum order value may apply and is displayed at checkout.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (demo mode).
- For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery Policy
- We deliver within Pune city limits. Delivery availability depends on your location.
- A delivery charge is applicable per order (as displayed at checkout).
- Estimated delivery time is 45–90 minutes from order confirmation. This may vary during peak hours.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, before we begin preparation.
- Once preparation begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
6. Product Information
- All products are freshly prepared and may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
- We are a fully vegetarian kitchen; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Product images are for reference only. Actual appearance may vary.
7. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Cravings By Siddhi and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cravings By Siddhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products beyond the value of the order placed.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
